There is a Navy base on Whigbey Island.

Mt. Rainier is really big.

If he turned around Mt. Baker would be really big also.

Jets could be photoshoped in... Maybe.

It looks like the same orca with the same splash in both pictures to me.  I'm not saying it didn't happen.  I just think it's been altered slightly.
