Saints sucked as usual. Fumbles, interceptions, lack of effort by most of the receivers, arm tackling, give up long plays, and penalties, penalties, penalties. I want to think that this being such a young team they were just getting out some jitters, but I'm afraid that's wishful thinking. Highlight: rookie wide receiver Mike Thomas from Ohio St. (pains me to say that.) He is going to be all-pro. Lowlight: everything else. Remedies: trade running back Ingram for a 5th round draft choice, cut receiver Brandon Coleman, bring out a cat-o-nine-tails for the defense and use it after each missed tackle. Might work.
