  1. It depends on how many you have received.
  2. If you are going to carry it, a 20+" barrel gets heavy fast. A 16 or 18 inch barrel will easily get to 1000 yards. Unless you are shooting competition, it would likely be more than enough. Others should be along with specifics and suggestions in a bit.
  3. Welcome from Texas. How does it shoot?
  4. Portugal did this in 2001. They have changed the way they handle people on drugs. They actively try (not force) to get them in rehab. It has been far more sustainable than continuing to feed the prison industry. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_policy_of_Portugal I realize Portugal is a completely different country with a much smaller population and different economic system. But it would be a place to start the discussion. The war on drugs is not working any more than gun laws stop criminals from using them to commit crimes.
  5. My dad has said that same thing for at least 30 years.
  6. Did you use this?
  7. Are you talking about @washguy?
  8. Here is another link. I think they changed what was at your link. On a positive note, both of the bad guys are dead. https://abc13.com/5-houston-police-officers-wounded-in-shooting/5110369/
  9. Cool picture!
  10. That sounds great! Now you have industry enablers.. At least you are getting more than just a roll pin.
  11. Welcome to the forum. The biggest issues with PA10 tend to be in the buffer system and gas system. Thankfully, these are not too difficult to diagnose and fix. You might look over some of the recent PA10 threads to familiarize yourself with the issues so you can be on the lookout for them. One issue that all 308ARs have in common is that they usually need a lot of lube when breaking in.
  12. I just got these coupons in email and they are for today only. They end at midnight central time. $10 off $100, $30 off $300, $50 off $500 or $100 off $1000 http://news.primaryarms.com/q/9eJCZ_RmJZOqokJW-ZMhsCdnljDfgSknaLqW1rMotMgp5fCQTLOMjqiEe
  13. I'll have to look at the owners manual. Susan really did buy it. She talked to the guy that sells them (a customer at the shop she works at) and did the paperwork. I just had to agree.
  14. We only did it for a few years, so we found out pretty quick that it wasn't what we wanted to do. That's why we rented a camper for the fall shoot.
  15. This will likely be the start of a gradual increase in size and amenities.
  16. When you're past 50, this is roughing it.
  17. You'll see it when you make it there ... finally.
  18. We've done the tent in the past (her idea). When she hit 50, she said no more.
  19. I hope so.
  20. Here is the 30 cal mtm. MTM AC4C Ammo Crate (4-Can) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MU6ZAPG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_67qtCb5J6090S
  21. It has a slide out, so it doesn't seem small.
  22. I'm not complaining too much. It's small enough to be pulled with the FJ.
  23. Susan bought a small camper.
  24. I've got a couple of them in "30 cal" with 4 to a tray. I like them. They are stackable and seem well made. I wonder if they will stack on the 50 cal tray.
  25. Welcome to the forum. You will find the answer to your problems here. Ask your question and listen to the advice and you will be able to shoot your rifle in no time.
