This one gets sighted in on Saturday and I’m going to run a few different ammo types through it to see if it likes anything better than another. Then I can start to work out any kinks.

I have a complete glock 9/40 lower by QD done and just need to make a upper. I have a 9mm BCG was chillin' in my fancy toolbox (like Tom's) I know i have stripped upper receivers and a couple handguards in boxes just need a barrel. This may just be a spare parts build. I even have bling bling parts in baggies in the tool box. Just checked... Oh Fuk i do have anodized parts. I have a raw stripped upper also , going to paint it ! Only other things I had to buy were the grip, buttstock, LaRue trigger, and a handguard. I had grips in a pile - but that's my "I don't like these things" pile. Bought the one I wanted instead. Oh, I need a specific red dot for this one, too. I'll have to get that still. Spare parts RULE!

shooterrex Posted October 20, 2021 Report Posted October 20, 2021 Just built a 16" 223 Wylde bear Creek had the barrel on sale and I didn't have one of those chambered rifles. Now I'm out of railed fore ends. Time to order more parts. Still have plenty of parts to build 5.56 guns just no railed fore ends. 80% 308 lower is on its way. Got to do something with this 6.5 creedmoor barrel laying here.
