longtime arfcom community member since 2003 (234747- good feedback there)

spent the last five years on the fence about building a BHD m1a 308 or an ar platform like an sr25

ordered an aero m5 lower to start my build journey 

wanting something I can shoot three to five hundred yards with confidently Set up with a bipod and my dead air nomad and an A2 stock.

im learning about dpms and armalite differences so I will have plenty of questions for you all.  I’m trying to figure out my barrel and quad rail config and definitely need help with barrel nut questions.
