Someone could easily upsize it using larger lumber, or if you really wanted to go big, someone with engineering experience could redesign it any size you want. I've thought about building one about 10 feet tall that could throw pumpkins. Set it up on a beach and fling them into the lake. Take a boat out and retrieve them afterward. Pumpkins float right? When the bag hits, they'll all be pissed off, head in every direction, and try to kill everything in their path. That's my vote.
