Marinaded 8 hours in sauce/marinade, grilled then heated more sauce up and tossed in the sauce to finish them. They turned out really good!! Wansnt a fan of the uncle dougies, it was like a mellower Franks, which I don’t like vinegar heat. the Stubbs, well it’s Stubbs can’t go wrong! I'll marinate it for a full day ahead. 8~9lb pork butt, one bottle of Stubb's Pork Marinate and one bottle of the original Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. It is killer! Homemade is the best.My biggest complaint about Sweet Baby Rays is the corn syrup crap . Along with about every other commercial prep. I like Stubbs, if I go sweet I make my own and use maple syrup and honey for the sweetness, or for an Island taste, I will use pineapple juice and some crushed pineapple sometimes.
