I just got done with some pork roasts for tomorrow.  The turkey breast is almost ready.

Brining my critter as we speak

Had venison hearts with onions and peppers last night. was delicious. this is the best way I have found to cook them so they don't overcook or dry out. probably the most under rated piece of meat that sadly many people throw out, which is how I got one given to me and I had one of my own.
