ARTrooper Posted November 22, 2018 Report Share Posted November 22, 2018 Had venison hearts with onions and peppers last night. was delicious. this is the best way I have found to cook them so they don't overcook or dry out. probably the most under rated piece of meat that sadly many people throw out, which is how I got one given to me and I had one of my own.
