Massachusetts weather

I'm actually looking forward to getting back to Iowa for Christmas, -14 for my first night home, I will be on the range first thing in the morning to see how a couple builds handle it. This Florida weather is a bit too humid for my taste, but the wife is spending more time with me on this job than ever before. I am not sure if it is the weather or the three all nude strip clubs within a mile of my place:banana:

Glad you guys are enjoying some nice balmy weather. It was -8F at 3 am when I got up to stoke the wood boiler up the hill, and rekindle the fire in the fireplace. 12 inches of snow projected for today. A picture of the big lake the other day. It is lake effect snow season. Haven't decided if it is long underwear time yet.

I'm in roof work heat repair season so it's been long sleeve synthetic undershirt/bibs and lacrosse knee boot season. I had a call the wed -15* windchill, just training for ice fishing.

That's my boy!

When everyone was complaining about the cold a couple of winters back, some really, REALLY old lady provided a photo of her teaching ice skating out doors, at like -50°F.  Her attitude was "Suck it up crybabies!"

I had a guy fixing my internet last night we were talking about how these people are hoping school and work get delayed cuz it's below zero out. He's like why because they got a 30 second walk from their car to a building?!? Try doing that for three hours?! Lol.

Id rather work in the cold than the heat tho.

What's your wife doing at the all nude joints?

Coldest place in the winter is a city. Out here, our buildings and people are used to it. Get in the woods and out of the wind and it is not that bad down to -20F. In the city outside, you can't get away from the wind, and those big buildings just channel it. Coldest place there is.

You haven't been to Mikedaddy's city, Phoenix! That place is a concrete oven! Tucson is just a tad better!

Yeah my statement is a bit too all encompassing. More like: If it's cold, it;s gonna feel colder in the city, if it's hot it's gonna feel hotter in the city.
