I have a standard FNP45.  It is my every day carry gun.  I only wish I had spent the extra money at the time for the tactical version.  ThE double action trigger is a little stiff, but I don't have any other issues with mine.  It shoots everything I put in it except a few reloads that I didn't crimp properly.

New ones without the RMR run a little over  $1000 down here.

I shot a brand new one at the range a several months ago.. the owner was wanting an opinion? I shot it just as i would any new pistola and handled the bullseye better than he expected. The grip angle/ size  was not comfy, jumping from a 1911 to the fn, but the sights lined up and the action was very smooth! Havent seen him again since but my 1911 will out shoot it for me! The rmr might be the bonus if the price is right!

Mags I am late to this, but I own a standard FNX 45 and like it. I just bought the FNX 45 Tactical extended threaded barrel (guess I will be getting a tax stamp, heh, heh.). Go for it.
