DNP Posted May 15, 2018 Report Posted May 15, 2018 You know it's bad when Hi-Point won't work with you.
unforgiven Posted May 15, 2018 Report Posted May 15, 2018 Surprised there isn't a play on it with the Germans.

thegreatoutlaw Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 I live in Florida and they definitely sell rifles and other guns. They also have great prices ammunition and gear. You can get a new some 308 Oracle for 800 and 5% off if you use their credit.card to purchase .
392heminut Posted May 18, 2018 Report Posted May 18, 2018 I don't give a crap if they are GIVING their shiit away, I wouldn't set foot in their store.A man's gotta draw a line somewhere!

98Z5V Posted December 12, 2018 Report Posted December 12, 2018 (edited) Yep, their stock is in the tank now. GOOD. Their projected earnings have been down, and are projected lower in the future... Won't bother me a bit to see some bigass empty buildings with their sign on top. That's called KARMA. Apparently, their Big Blue Wave didn't save them, and the asskissing political move didn't work out too well for them. I guess Libs don't go camping and fishing. They damn sure don't hunt - or the hunting sections of the store wouldn't have had to close down. They just slam everything online and troll like a MFer, and attend protests. Maybe Dickhead's should invest in "protest gear" so they can try to capture the crowd that they so deservingly catered to. Fucking KARMA. Edited December 12, 2018 by 98Z5V
bubbas4570 Posted December 12, 2018 Report Posted December 12, 2018 (edited) I could care less about Dick Sucks Sporting Goods.......fuq them in the neck. On a personal level, there is a bit of pain. My leathersmith is THE only person whole knows anything about their hunting portion of the local store. She is their Manger for that part, and runs it very well. Unfortunately we don't even talk about things like that since DSSG pulled out of the AR market, the friendly discussion started getting a bit testy, and I dropped it. There are other jobs in the world, and she will find one when they close. Edited December 12, 2018 by bubbas4570

98Z5V Posted March 30, 2019 Report Posted March 30, 2019 Dick’s Sporting Goods reports $150 million in lost sales after halting assault-weapons sales https://www.foxnews.com/us/dicks-sporting-goods-reports-150-million-in-lost-sales-after-halting-assault-weapons-sales
Belt Fed Posted March 30, 2019 Report Posted March 30, 2019 Never been in a dicks. never will. even thou they built a new one close. Won't order from CTD either. they should be shut down for price gouging.
ARTrooper Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 I won't touch Gander Outdoor either... mostly because I don't believe companies should be able to file for bankruptcy, keep their product, buildings, and basically the same name; just to re-open without debt and do the same damn things that made them fail in the business world anyways.
Belt Fed Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 Gander mountain went out of business here, they didn't open back up as Gander outdoors like advertised. It's a furniture store now. their stuff was WAY overpriced anyhow.
ARTrooper Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 still is over priced. I just think if businesses file for bankruptcy, it should be similar to how a citizen would do it. my father in law owns multiple rental properties. if he was to file for bankruptcy, my understanding is he would only be able to keep one house and one car for the family. Am I wrong?
unforgiven Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 Before seemed like everyone was doing it, your dinged for 7 years then done. Supposed to be harder now .... not sure
