Good luck!

I haven't but I'm wondering if I've got the start of one.....

I felt a strange muscle pull one day when I was doing setups then again at work right on top of my stomach about 2 weeks later I had a mass or bulge showing up around my navel. So keep an eye on the area of concern. Doc told me you can have complications if you put it off to long. Mine been bothering me and with all the heavy lifting I do at work it was a no brainer to get fixed.

Had a right inguinal hernia in Jan '99 - skiing issue, as a Ski Patroller, with a fat guy in my sled.  It wasn't until Aug '99 that I got it fixed.  I was down for 3 weeks, and couldn't get off the couch during the first week.  Once I was down, that's where I stayed.

I have no idea how women have c-sections, and head home like everything is normal.  Eff that.

I got doped up, and I swear the last thing I saw was the Doc standing over me like the guy standing over Mel Gibson in Braveheart, right before he yelled "FREEEEEEEEDOM!!!"
