Robocop1051 Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 You guys laugh, but my breakfast is 2-3 fried eggs and 1/2 lbs of bacon... and I fry the eggs in the bacon grease. At 35 (36 next week) years old, I have lost 90 lbs eating this breakfast.

I have been on a wrap kick two eggs scrambled 3 slices of turkey and ranch dressing , or I like oatmeal, with a cup of blueberries and crushed walnuts and a teaspoon of fresh non prossessed honey...... I'm trying to reduce my red meat to only the stuff I kill, primarily getting my protein from fish and birds. I hoping to have a good pheasant season this year, maybe hit a Tom or two, and nothing beats our mountain quail (got a side by side .410 I've been itching to take out).

Always better when it's something you've taken off the land next best thing is locally raised free range. Always have plenty of venison in the freezer, I've bought free range chickens in the past from a guy I know, but we are going to start raising our own and the 1/4 beef I got last year was grass grain feed from it's own farm. I slip cuz I like eatting/ cooking the good stuff too, but I just started going to the gym again and trying to eat better. Eatting better is always a hard one most my time is spent on a call or in my van convenient is easy but not always the best health wise. I'm sure you can relate to that robo
