Hello from Arlington, Virginia. This is my first time in any forum but this looked like a terrific place to learn, so here I am. I've always been interested in historically significant firearms, so about 14 years ago I bought an Armalite AR10-A2 because I didn't want a .223. I ran a few rounds through it and put it away but have recently decided to try to learn more about it. (That and another purchase made last month, a DPMS  AP4). I'm motivated to learn and I hope I won't irritate anyone with dumb questions. Thanks for having me.

I don't set the bar very high...and haven't been chased away. I think you're safe. Welcome aboard and check your bank account often. If there is still money in there, you aren't participating in the forum enough.

He ain't kidding around when it comes to the "check your bank account often" part krobi. Oh, and welcome to the board. Glad to see that you have taste and started with an Armalite. (just taking jabs at the other guys here). I......obviously approve.

Dig around my man. You'll find all sorts of Shi.........stuff on all sorts of topics around here. Throw out questions as they come to you. Somebody around here will have the answer.
