unforgiven Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 :'( Will pray God welcomes Chris into heaven with open arms.Another warrior lost. :'(
Rsquared Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 That's some sad-assed fukin poop my brothers. This guy was a TRUE brother to all of us. I'm breath-taken. I don't know what to say.
planeflyer21 Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 The first I heard of this was some bonehead posting Kyle had been "assassinated". Looked it up.Looks to me like they were trying to help a brother cope, who snapped. Bummer all the way around.Jon
Magwa Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 Travel well Brother save us a seat by the fire, you are not forgotten.....
Moby Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 I didn't see the post on this already. If an admiin could remove mine I'd appreciate it.Chris Kyle is a family friend of my vet and I am in the animal business so we're close. (My Vet and I) Chris Kyle lives (or did) in my town. He's a local hero. I have his book and met him at boarders books where he signed it. He was a really nice guy. He was such a humble man. The kind of guy you just wanted to buy a beer for and talk with. He told a couple stories about his career. When I told him I just got an AR10 he siad if he got the chance he'd go to the range with me. We never got that chance as he was busy with his book signing's etc. He will be missed. He was a one of a kind guy. It's really hard to believe he was shot at a local gun range in the back.
Robocop1051 Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 I didn't know the guy, but I definitely knew of him. Chris is a true American badass in every sense. Not just with his war stories, but also how he lived his everyday life. Normally I don't follow the Costa's or Vicker's of the world. I'm not interested in the celeb stuff. But I honestly looked up to Chris and all his accomplishments. This is truly a loss to everyone.
