Because of my health I try to skip meat once or twice a week. Tonight I made a stir fry of red cabbage, black eyed peas, broccoli rabe and Tai peanut sauce. It was tasty but Im friggin toxic.

 

How about you guys?

Baked chicken breast and sunflower seeds for desert.. I'm fasting for a massive cornbeef and cabbage on rye bread and Irish whiskey this weekend!!!

I am still out in the shop working, sweet heat barbeque pork rinds and grape soda.

Why does the clock show 6:19am when it is 12:24am?

The other night though we went out for the girl's b-day dinner...had a "crazy daisy" burro...red chile con carne, beans, chile con queso and green chiles, wrapped in a tortilla, covered with enchilada sauce and cheese.

 

So you don't feel too bad, it had two bites of lettuce as a garnish.

Last night for supper a Wendy's #2, with sweet tea & a chocolate frosty .  lunch today- "Beef & Reef" 10oz. ribeye, fried shrimp,osyters,catfish,stuffed shrimp & stuffed crab!hethan.gif  Oh I had a side salad also so that's considered healthy here. :D

I usta put down food like that in my early years. I had a friend tell me when you hit your 30 the food sticks to your gut. Guess what happend at 32... Gains 15 lbs .Today was the first day in my life that I woke up and did f ing sit ups. I felt sick after. Defitnely not a morning person

fish sticks................was suppose to go out for fish fry but g/f is working late and im starving.

 

drew that spicy peanut sauce is good!! i like to pan fry cubed chicken then mix in that peanut sauce with it, steam up a bunch of veggies and a batch of rice noodles and mix it all together.
