Here you go, brother - hit up Tech Note #78 in this link:

There used to be another one, about slightly bending the springs, to drop the weight even more, but I can't find that one right now.  Maybe Pat can point that one out.

To this day, I don’t know why they discontinued that rifle. It had a 1 MOA guarantee from Armalite. How many off the shelf AR’s can say that?

Good question.

If you do, I would be interested in purchasing your old stock. I want to restore mine to original.

Will do.

I may be over complicating it. I think I can learn rangeing with the dots, kind of lost on how to figure out how many clicks to raise for known yardage.

That will depend on your ammunition and whether your turrets are MIL or MOA. The likelihood is that they are MIL turrets.

Is buying the pro version worth it, what does it offer over the free version?

It's been some time since I upgraded so I don't remember all the specifics but I think I did it for more reticle and bullet choices built in, something convinced me to spend $14 anyway. I really can't say there was much difference for me thinking about it now. Do like I did and run the free version for awhile and see what you think.

Thank you. I glossed over directions for the optic ,little confusing. I'll give it some time, if I can't figure it out, I'm selling it & getting a dumb people scope (BDC)

You come out to one of my shoots, and all those questions will go away, and you'll understand that scope completely.  I guarantee that.  I'll give you a double-your-money-back guarantee on that one.

I hope to get out there with you guys one day. That last purchase (& several before that) kinda busted the bank lol.
