KSdefender
A reprieve from the wind. It went from 40mph last night with rain to sunny and 32 this morning. Just enough rain to cut down on the wildfire risk a little. Supposed to be clear and 50's-60's for about a week. I spent some time wandering in the yard picking up broken branches & daydreaming about getting out to Spearpoint Ranch with the M&P Sport .308/7.62. KSdefender
First real thunderstorm of the season. Woke me around 3:30 AM and continued for about two hours. I need to get outside this morning and check for downed tree limbs. 50 degrees on it's way to
BrianK
Typical Maine spring weather... mid 50s last week, today in the 20s with snow. I just moved the vehicles around 'cause there's no plowing what we're forecast to get (4-6") because the ground is soft and the plow would just destroy the lawn. So move the car out of the way and get the 4x4 better positioned. In being outdoors I heard what sounded like sleet hitting my jacket. But then I looked down and it was graupel. Sounds like sleet but looks nothing like sleet. Think spherical snow, that's closer. For a supposedly rare weather even we get it quite often. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graupel

This past Sunday we got about 6", just enough to pull out the snowblower again. Today was low 40s, tomorrow high 40s and Friday in the 50s. Saturday starts as rain and may turn to snow again. WTF!!! BrianK
Rinse and repeat yesterdays weather. Low 30s with rain. Tornadoes would scare the crap out of me! There are a few things I can say about Maine weather, but one of them is that after 99.9% of our storms everything remains standing. Statistically the state gets one F1 tornado a year. A devil wind came through my land decades ago and lifted 2x4s and such. That's as close as I want to get to a tornado.

Rsquared
Started this week in the high 30's. Right now @ around 1700 it's still showing 74. Some goofy weather for sure. It's supposed to be back in the 40's on Monday. Which that'll work for me since I've got to work on some rooftop air-cooled chillers that day. So the pressure to get them online and running won't be there. As you were ladies.
