Here's the easy way to do your own beer batter, fellas, and it turns out pretty tasty:

2 Tablespoons granulated garlic

2 Tablespoons Paprika

2 Teaspons salt (I've been cooking alot lately with pink Himalayan salt)

2 Teaspoons ground black pepper

1 Cup of flour

2 Eggs

1 beer of choice

I whip the eggs first, then pour the beer in. All 4 seasonings go in, mix it all up. Flour goes in last, blend it in well. Makes one hell of a beer batter, and it'll do quite a bit of fish.  I think I did 40 oz of Cod today, and still had alot of batter left over.

We did a rack of baby backs... 250 for bout 3.5 hours... Used pecan rub... Cabellas sweet rib rub and some webbers bbq rub... Lol. Hey it's pretty good stuff.... Used Johnny Trigg method of when they are done... Push a toothpick in between the bones. If it slides in kinda easy... But not too easy pull em out..... Wash

Preheat 700 F grill 3 minutes on first side, rotate 90 degrees for 2 more minutes for cross hatching,  flip, 4 minutes on the other side, pull, rest for 8 minutes. Melt in your mouth medium rare.

Daaamn fine lookin  beef......whats up brothers?......im up to my azz in stuff....got the pc perculating ....got a 27 inch hd monitor and a 34 inch superwide hd monitor...im wall to wall....been back to day trading stocks....got my hours effin messed up.....read read read on bio stocks...then get wound up for the next day of trading i cant go to sleep even on an ambian with a xanax topped off....wheels go round and round...430am or 5 am still awake...drink a corona...go back to bed....wake up at 7ish getting ready for pre market trading...do my day trades till 3ish or so....eat start reading for the next day...well this is the grillin section....so im toasted not grilled....day trading again....better than printing money.....Ha   ........see all you soon   ?   Wash

We had 1 1/2 inch sirloin marinated in Allegro hot and spicy overnight.  About 8 minutes each side at 550.  Also had broiled veggies and au gratin potatoes. Washed it down with a pretty good zinfandel that brought out more of the spice in the meat.
