Iabountyhunter Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 I have an AR 10 tha would like to jump out of your hand, would anyone have any ideas on how to calm her down? would a heaver buffer help/
unforgiven Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 Welcome from Indiana brother, check out a muzzel device of you'r liking.Lots to chose from.
Robocop1051 Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 The three quickest ways to tame the beast; 1. A new muzzle device. Remember, brake reduce recoil and compensators reduce rise. 2. An adjustable gas block. Although this does require a bit more wrench work, and may reduce the reliability of your rifle if not done right. 3. A heavier buffer and stronger spring are always a quick (although not always inexpensive) fix.
Rsquared Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 Pretty much what Robo said. Welcome aboard.
DNP Posted October 6, 2014 Report Posted October 6, 2014 Welcome from San Diego. What's the specs on the stick your beating yourself up with?

Robocop1051 Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 Welcome from AZ ! From Robo's post , answer #1 That Lantac Dragon 7.62 is an awesome device.... I had one on my rifle (Ruger GSR Scout .308), till some jerk made me take it off and promise to send it to him for his SBR build.
Robocop1051 Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 Still waiting.... It's getting more use at the bottom of my tool bag, than it would get on your fictitious SBR...
