It is a WWII Army WLA from Harley complete with a Thompson A1. The bike runs and was ridden to the Pentagon. However, with that original seat looking like it does, I bet it wasn't a fun ride. My grandpa and his brother would go to Chicago to dance with "dames" on a old HD like that before my grandpa lost his legs. they would take turns sitting on the fender, that's before i90 that's a long hard haul down hwy 14 to dance.
