I would generally love for it to be 92 in July here, but you can keep the 76% humidity. That is the unbearable part of your weather.

I just checked and it is 92 here but only 44% humidity. That is still too high for my liking.

I can do that!! As a deer camp song from the U.P. states, "it's not so much the heat as it is the gosh darn humidity!!!" And it's sticky here

97 here in Mass with 73% humidity, 8th day in a row over 95. Add 20* and that's work temps. I am par broiled.

Damn,

Do you live anywhere near Townsend or Littleton, MA? I have family up there, also in Hampton falls, NH. At least it isn't raining everyday up there.

We have had a lot of triple digits here already, its only mid 90's now and feels much better, but back to 102 plus next week, be careful everyone stay inside as much as possible.

That's not an option doing hvac/ refrigeration lol. Suppose to break here on Saturday back down in the high 70s low 80s thank god

I feel your pain brother. I've staggered out of so many 130 degree attics, dripping wet from head to toe, nearly dehydrated and drooling uncontrollably, and covered in that crappy old blown insulation. Needless to say, I don't miss it at all.

I know all about it guys. I've been working all week in a rooftop chiller plant. A pair of 650 ton centrifugal's, associated pumps, electrical gear....plus a set of supplemental pumps for a separate cooling system. My god.......it's been about 10 degrees hotter inside than when I've stepped outside to take a break (and cool off). The DC metro area SUCKS in the summer time (well...all the time). The humidity usually tracks right along with the temperature. As Shepp noted.......come on fall.....I'm ready for it.

This is why I'm glad I do commercial no house owners bullpoopy to deal with, no attic!

I hear you the mechanical rooms our refrigeration equipment is in is like a semi trailer with 8-12 small block electric engines running (compressors) and the high side pipes are also hot as poop!

Yes yes I know is summer but I live in Wisconsin aka the frozen tundra wtf?!?

Very lucky on your part. Residential techs usually get stuck with the worst two sides of a home to work in: The top, and the bottom.

Neither are worth a flying fish turd 99.9% of the time.

Yeah...hard hats have their place. This stupid "all the time and everywhere" poop is killing me. We wear them on sites where I am in the middle of open land (native...not even being graded)...just because some douche decided we will all be safer with a giant heat magnifier strapped to your noggin. Even when there is no risk of anything falling...out of the clear blue sky. Make sure you stay cool and watch for heat illness...right, but keep that bakeware on your head.
