Wayne York, Oregon Gunsmithing, called Wednesday said my Pendelton stock for my Howa in 6.5 Grendel is on the way. Ordered a bottom metal set up as well. The stock is supposed to weigh 18 oz. Can't waite until it get it all put together, should be a great light weight Whitetail rifle.

Sounds awesome but unless you’re already stocked up, good luck finding ammo for that right now.  If you do find it the price is absolutely ridiculous.

Ammo is not a huge  problem, 600+ rounds of American gunner, several hundred of Hornaday Black and components for several  hundred more. should be able to do some shooting and load development.

These came in the mail today. Yeah, I know I'm not as smart as some if you ....🤓. (Except Beltfed 🖕) I'm kinda maybe  fairly confident in my reloading abilities,  sort of. I remember most of what dad taught me, not certain of all he knew though, he was an impatient fukr, especially when it came to teaching/instructing.  Can't hurt to refresh, improve & learn more   on the subject. My long range game is weak, I do well with BDC reticles,  but want to learn & actually KNOW WTF I'm doing. It's a start.........(couldn't find the ??? For Dummies W/ the yellow & black covers)

Latest thing in the mail is a CAT M4 scraping tool for my AR’s. When I cleaned my BCM the other night it took forever to clean the carbon from the tail of the bolt and bore of the BCG. Hopefully the tool will make that task a little easier.

The CAT M4 works well, and does quite well on the bolt tail.   Another good tool is the Otis Bone tool.  The CAT M4 does the bolt tail a little better than the Bone tool does.

I'm hoping it will help me a little to comprehend better

It definitely will - he lays out the information smartly, and explains it all greatly.   :hail:
