I have visited this site while building what turned out to be 2x LR-308s, so I thought I'd go ahead and register so I can share what I learned in the process. I'm a retired LEO and have always been interested in and enjoyed shooting guns. I'm new to the AR-10 platform, so I'm looking forward to continuing to learn about it.

LOL, not my job anymore (I have moderated a fairly active forum). 😀 Can't say I'd want my old one back either the way things are now.

Your LEO service us greatly appreciated.  Thank you for that.  Too many shiitheads these days have NO respect for authority, law, and everything else.  Parents need to fuk kids up when they misbehave, but it just doesn't happen anymore.  THAT is the first step, and it's ignored in today's touchy-feely-happy-world.

Hey, offer the parents a participation trophy if they give their kids any kind of discipline. Who knows, it might work.
