Smoked 38# of pork shoulder today, my friends wife is throwing him a surprise party. she happen to catch me at the right time when she asked and recipes to make for it. She kinda goated me into making her some pork lol. I told her to ask her neighbor but he’s busy and I just happen to be making a ten pounder for my self if I could find 3 more 8-10#er’s I would do them for her. I barely had enough room but I knew they’d shirking and it all turned out great. 
 

started it at 10:45 pm last night and it took almost exactly 15 hours

Nice Shepp. I did 8 shoulders for my wife's 60th birthday bash. No harder then doing two if you have the space. Tell your buddy's wife she owe's you at least a nice dinner and maybe a good bottle of Whiskey.
