Anybody know what to do with “beyond meat” sausages?  There’s a metric poop-ton at the store. Apparently even at the end of the world...nobody wants to eat it.

I hit the grill again today, cooked for the parents at their place in Phx.  Worked out well, got the timing on these bastards down, when I can keep the heat right at 450.

My dogs won't even eat that stuff. Brought home an impossible Whopper to see if they would eat it. Nope.

@DNP As for the "beyond meat", maybe try soaking in garlic and running them on a trot line. Catfish will eat anything and they're delicious. I once saw a giant flathead, floating because he tried to eat a basketball.

Very well performed.  (I was gonna say "very well done," but it's not well done for the meat...  :laffs:).  Definitely one of the finest cuts of meat, and flawlessly prepared...   :thumbup:
