I think it's funny that they didn't learn from this last time around, post-Dec 2012, after Sandy Hook.  Now, they're at it again?!!?   :laffs: They FUCKIN' SUCK ASS.  Maybe this time around is what it will take to get them to go under...

I hope "panickers" learn from this, and lose their ass in the process. Never had a gun, never bought ammo, actaully PAY what these dickbags are charging...   and in a month or two when it's all over, they try to sell the stuff for what they paid.  That's when they are gonna find out that they were screwed.  Proper screwed.

Unreal.  Doing it again.  The memes will be endless.

:laffs: and some excellent symbolism!

Question for the more tech savy here, what does a person want to put in a post to get the algorithms to to guide others to the post?

I had always taken the don't link them, don't use their names but after seeing more and more of my own search results I'm starting to question that approach.

Just playing devil's advocate here for a moment...

If I'm a retailer who believes people are needlessly panic buying and want to stem the tide of that panic buying, what's the easiest way for me to do that?

Limit purchases to no more than X amount per person until the crisis is over.

Make no mistake -- I have not and will not shop at CTD after Newtown. Nor do I support their business decisions. But I have had friends who have justified increasing (often drastically) their prices during times of panic buying by saying they were attempting to curb the craziness. They didn't sell a single item at the ridiculous price, so I guess they accomplished their goal...

I get it brother, you stated the devil's advocate bit and all, I know you weren't trying to justify their misbehaviour. I'm just pointing out that if preventing panic buying/hoarding/etc is your actual goal, there's ways to do that without altering the price of the product. It's still available to anyone who needs it at the same price, but in a limited amount.

The more you talk about CPD the more traffic they will get.

I found out that CTD had raised prices during the first days of the Obumma administration and lost most of their customers, closed most of their stores.. I bought from them before 2006.

This is, more or less, my story also.  I stopped buying from them way back then.

Cheaper Than Dirt (CTD) is the worst gun company on the planet, and there's a second close-runner-up - Davidson Defense / Omega Manufacturing / Delta Team Tactical.  The  Cheaper Than Dirt price gouging after Sandy Hook, with their $90 used surplus GI aluminum mags is an example. Their $600 Beta C-Mag 100rd drums is another example.  Their recent decision to offer 1,000 of 9mm ammo at $1,500 is the latest example, and that's now, during La Corona #19 times.

I hope people search out this shiitbag company before they buy from them - they don't give one shiit about consumers, they are completely profit-driven all the way, and they only care about the dollar - and making as much as they can, by capitalizing on crises...

Now, having said that - I hope THAT SHIIT turns up in a search engine in the future.  FUK those assheads - because they're gonna FUK every consumer that they can, whenever they see an opportunity to cash in on a crisis.

They are lower than whale-shiit on the ocean floor, in the middle of the Marianas Trench, 12 miles deep. If they were on fire, I wouldn't piss on them to put them out.

Hope that turns up in future search engines for them.  They can eat a dick, and choke on a bowl of smashed assholes for desert.

Search Engines...  do your magic.
